Combining CMS’ own Tuesday Band and Jazz Orchestra performing some of the spookiest music to cross our stage with electronic dance group BORDEAUX and their Theremin-led grooves, this concert is unlike any that CMS has ever hosted!
The Cosmopolitan Music Society (CMS) takes the stage at the Dow Centennial Centre (8700 84 Street, Fort Saskatchewan) in a touching musical and ceremonial tribute to the Canadian Armed Forces. Presented by The Royal Canadian Legion, the annual Lest We Forget… A Musical Tribute concert performs Sunday, November 5th. Hosted by Honourary Colonel J’lynn Nye and featuring the CMS bands and chorus performing popular wartime music and grand military marches, Lest We Forget… A Musical Tribute celebrates the men and women of our Canadian Armed forces through the parade of colours, remembrance at the cenotaph with The Last Post, and a photographic tribute.
